Michael Ekwemalor is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a
demonstrated history of consulting in oil & gas, power and
construction industry. He is a strong business development
professional, skilled in Project Management, Critical thinking, Build-
Design Engineering and strategic planning. As Chief Executive
Officer of Mase Contractors, Michael is responsible for leading the

company in providing an exceptional construction experience for our clients, business partners,
and employees. He is a visionary who built a business around Integrity, Professionalism and
Accountability.
In January 2018, he participated in organizational Management Trainings at the International
Builders conference, Design and Construction Week in Orlando, Florida. He worked with Alfara
Construction Company during his course work where he received tremendous trainings. He is
certified by Royal Institute for Chartered Engineers (RICE, USA) in Civil Engineering, endorsed
by Global Engineering standard organization (GESO, Australia) and a member of High
Authority Council of Arab Engineers (HACAE, UAE). He is also a certified construction project
consultant with wealth of experience. Michael believes that “loving what you do is a key factor
in building oneself, community and the nation.

UMAIR NIZAM
GM ENGINEERING AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Mr Umair Nizam is the GM, Engineering, with a B.tech ( Civil Engr. ND.
India ), STAD (structural). He has amassed execptional skills with over 15
years of experience in Civil Engineering and Construction Management
in Nigeria and India. He posses Strong English speaking and writing
skills including contract and specification With excellent planning,
organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance
tasks and prioritise to meet strict deadlines. He has experience
managing projects from conception to completion and demonstrated
experience leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

YINKA ODEGBAMI, PMP

PM DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING

Mr yinka Odegbami is a certified Project Management Professional

(PMP) with Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environment Engineering
obtained from The university of Lagos. He has acquired over 12 years of
experience in Construction Management and Real Estate development.

PM ( MEP)

(COREN No 31,472) is a certified COREN Registered Engineer with over 10 years experience in
the building services industry. Skilled in the use of AutoCAD, HVAC, and PDMS, Damola has
vast experience in design and supervision of Mechanical Systems in residential, commercial,
and industrial building.

He possesses an astute attention to detail, and he is currently the Head of MEP Project
management team.

Clement Olaniyi Ayegbusi is a certified COREN Engineer, a renowned Electrical engineer with
over 10+ years' experience in Electrical Engineering and building (MEP) Designs and
specifications. Skilled in the use of state-of-the-art engineering software to design electrical
systems, evaluate electrical systems, ensuring product quality and conducting feasibility
studies. clement is a force to recon with as it relates to MEP, he is currently the team
lead(Electrical) at Mase Contractors.

Kabir Salam B.ENG .MNSE
HSE OFFICER

Kabir is a graduate of Civil Engineering with a second class, an upper-division from the Federal
University of Technology Akure, certified by the British International Safety Organization as an
Occupational Health and Safety officer. With vast experience in construction site and
environmental management as well as occupational health and safety. He understands the
assessment of project needs, quality assurance, and control.
He upholds HSE standard ethics and enforces occupational health and safety rules on several
building and construction projects Mase contractors have executed. He brings hands-on
experience in all project types and sizes.
