AY-UF355 FACE READER CONFIGURATION
PROCEDURE:
▪ Change the network setting of AY-UF355.
▪ Activate UFace License.
▪ Add Face Device to Vault Site.
▪ Add Face Access Level.
▪ Add Card User
▪ Download, Upload, Delete Face Template
▪ Generate Report
1) CHANGE THE NETWORK SETTING
AY-UF355 face reader device has 2 versions:
▪ Version: GD-V30.7263
▪ Version: OS-V2.2106
➢ If using version GD-V30.7263 to change the network setting:
o Click the setting icon on the screen
o Input the password: admin
o Click “Network”
o Click the under Ethernet
o Click “Static IP”
o Input the network IP Address, Gateway, Subnet Mask, and DNS
➢ If using version OS-V2.2106 to change the network setting:
o Click the setting icon on the screen
o Input the password: admin
o Click “Settings”
o Click “Network”
o Click “Ethernet”
o Click “Static IP”
o Input the network IP Address, Gateway, Subnet Mask, and DNS

2) ACTIVATE UFACE LICENSE
▪ Open the UFaceLicenseTool.exe
▪ Enter the IP-Address of AY-UF355 and password then click “Check License”
▪ Click “Ncell FR Activate”
▪ Then click OK

▪ Falco logo will appear on the screen
3) ADD FACE DEVICE TO VAULT SITE
Note: Make sure face license are activated.
▪ Click the “Control Panel” and click “Face Device”
▪ Click New Device

▪ Enter the IP Address of AY-UF355 and the password of the device.
▪ Dest IP - it is the IP Address of the PC Server.
▪ Click the Set Network Setting, then click the Save button.
▪ Download Parameter to Face Reader.

4) ADD FACE ACCESS LEVEL
▪ Click the “Control Panel” and click “Face Access Level”
▪ Create a face access level for the restriction of card users to the face reader. Then click
“SAVE” button.
5) ADD CARD USERS
▪ Click “Card User” tab and click the “New Card” button.
▪ Enter the Card User information. Then click SAVE.

6) FACE UTILITY
➢ Download Face
▪ Go to the Control Panel and click Face Utility
▪ Download the card users to Face reader.

➢ Upload Face
▪ Click ‘Upload Face’ and ‘Upload & Backup to System’.
▪ Tick the Face Reader then click ‘NEXT’ button.

➢ Delete Face
▪ Delete Face = delete users to the Face Reader
▪ Clear All Face = delete ALL users to the Face Reader

7) GENERATE REPORTS
