● How are you feeling

today?
● Can you show me using
your face and body?”
Socialization
Encourage students to use their
facial expressions or body
language to show how they feel.

That’s wonderful! It’s always good

to share how we feel. Let’s all
smile and get ready to move!

Now, let's wake our bodies up with

an energizing song! Everybody
stand up. We’re going to sing and
Energizer move along to the song ‘Head,
Shoulders, Knees, and Toes.’

Ceylin-H ile Spor Zamanı - …

Let’s check if everyone is here
today. When I call your name, tell
me your favorite body part to
Attendance move.

For example, you can say, ‘I love

to move my legs!’ Ready?
Can anyone tell me what the
weather's like today?

Is it sunny, rainy, or cloudy? Let’s

all look outside and observe
together.

Ask one or two students to share

Weather
their observations and write their
answers on the board.

Great! Knowing the weather helps

us prepare for activities and how
we might move throughout the
day.

Who can tell me what day it is

Days of the Week
today? Let’s sing the ‘Days of the
Week’ song together to help us
Date
remember!
Sing a simple days of the week
song and ask a student to identify
the current day.

Today’s date is [Date]. Let’s say it

together: [Day, Month, Date].
Last time, we talked about our
bodies. Who can remind me of the
names of some body parts we
learned about?

Allow students to raise their hands

Review and respond.

Yes, that’s right! We talked about

our heads, shoulders, arms, and
legs. Today, we’re going to learn
more about how these parts
move!
Motivation Have you ever gone to a park or a place where you saw
a lot of people moving? What were some of the things
you saw? Did you notice that each person moves
differently? Today, we will explore how we all move in
different ways. Some of us move fast, and some of us
move slow. Let's take a look at these pictures of
children playing. What do you see?

Some children are running and exercising, while others

are sitting and talking. Do you notice how each
movement is different? Just like in the park, we all move
in our own ways!
Introduction / In today’s lesson, we will learn about different kinds of
Presentation movements.

Some movements are fast, like running, and some are

slow, like walking. We will also talk about movements
that feel heavy and those that feel light. For example,
lifting something heavy like a big bag can make us
move slowly, while carrying something light is easier
and faster.
We will also learn about free movements, like jumping
or dancing, where we can move however we want, and
restricted movements, like when we sit down or walk in
a straight line.

Review: Ask students to reflect on
balancing on different numbers of
body parts.
Let’s take a moment to think about
what we learned today. Can
anyone tell me how they balanced
on one body part? How about
three or four? What movements
did you enjoy the most?

Ask students to share their

favorite balances and why they felt
challenging or fun.

Key points:

○ "Balancing helps us control

our bodies while moving."
○ "Different locomotor
movements, like running or
crawling, require balance."
○ "Using different body parts
helps us stay steady and

Highlight the importance of balance in everyday

movements and physical activities, discussing how
balance affects coordination and stability.

Application (10 Divide the class into small groups.

minutes)

Assign each group a task where they must create a

sequence of movements using different body parts for
Evaluation
balance.

Example: One person balances on one foot, another

balances on two hands and knees, etc.
After preparing, have each group demonstrate their
sequence in front of the class.

Evaluate their performance based on creativity,

accuracy in demonstrating balance, and coordination.
Assessment After the group presentation, the teacher will give an
activity containing pictures of locomotor and
non-locomotor movements, Using Crayons, the color
Blue for locomotor and Yellow for non-locomotor.

After coloring a brief oral recitation ask the students

what the name of the movement is and if it is locomotor
or non-locomotor.
