IIT /AIIMS 2027 SCREENING TEST - INSTRUCTIONS
SCREENING TEST
1. This screening test is intended to select candidates to IIT / AIIMS 2027 coaching
programme.
2. A student can appear for only one programme either IIT or AIIMS.
3. IIT /AIIMS 2027 programme - Different categories.
I) REGULAR BATCHES
Theory classes and Entrance classes under the same roof is the special feature of
regular batches.
Class timing: Monday to Saturday
We have three streams of INTEGRATED TWO YEAR regular batches
1) ISC SYLLABUS
Designed for those who opt ISC syllabus in their +2 programme
Programme : AIIMS Batch, IIT Batch
CLASS CENTRES: Changanassery, Kottayam & Trivandrum
2) STATE SYLLABUS
Designed for those who opt Kerala State syllabus in their +2 programme
Programme - AIIMS Batch, IIT Batch
CLASS CENTRES: Kottayam, Pala, Changanassery & Trivandrum
3) CBSE SYLLABUS
Designed for those who opt CBSE syllabus in their +2 programme
Programme : AIIMS Batch, IIT Batch
CLASS CENTRES: Changanassery, Ettumanoor, Kakkanad, Kalamassery,
Kanjirappally, Kolenchery, Kollam, Koothattukulam, Kottayam Town,
Kozhikode, Moovattupuzha - Vazhakulam, Pala, Pala-Kattachira,
Pallickathodu, Pattambi, Perumbavoor, Thamarassery, Thrissur &
Trivandrum.
II) EVENING BATCH
The class room coaching will be conducted in our centres during evenings.
CLASS CENTRES: Trivandrum & Ernakulam.
III) HYBRID OFFLINE BATCH - CLASS ROOM + ONLINE
This is a combination of online & class room coaching. The classroom
coaching will be conducted in our centres. Offline Classes will be conducted
on all Sundays, selected Saturdays, public holidays & vacations. Online
classes 2-8 hrs per week.
CLASS CENTRES: Trivandrum, Kollam, Changanassery, Pala, Ernakulam,
Thrissur & Kozhikode.
IV) HYBRID ONLINE BATCH
Those students who are not able to join our class room coaching and studying
in schools anywhere in the globe can join the online course. The entire
coaching is through online only.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
4. Kindly note that the screening test is common for both IIT and AIIMS Batches
5. Common Selection and Scholarship list will be published for IIT and AIIMS batches
6. Those students who are included in the Rank list can select either the IIT/AIIMS Batch
based on their Ranks at the time of admission.
7. If you have not uploaded photograph please affix your recently taken photograph on Hall
Ticket.
8. Test Date : 26th January 2025 Sunday.
The examination is scheduled in India - 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm (IST)
Cool off time : 2.00 pm to 2.30 pm.
Exam time : 2.30 pm - 4.30 pm (2 hrs.)
Medium of Question Paper - English
9. Please report at the examination centre at least half an hour before the time given
in the hall ticket and late arrivial will not be entertained.
10. Candidate without hall ticket will not be permitted to write the test.
11. Smart watches, blank paper, clipboard, log tables, slide rules, calculators, cellular phones,
pagers and electronic gadgets in any form are not allowed.
12. Eatable items are not allowed to be taken into the examination hall but drinking water is
allowed.
13. No additional sheets will be provided for rough work. All the rough work is to be done in
the blank space provided in the question paper booklet.
14. Question paper booklet consists of three parts. Part I-Physics, Part II-Chemistry and Part
III-Mathematics. Each part has two sections.
 In Section A (15 Questions each). Each question has four options (1),(2), (3) & (4).
Only one of these four option is correct. Each correct answer will be awarded four
mark. One mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
In Section B (10 questions). Out of these 10 questions candidate can choose
to attempt any 5 questions.In the event of a candidate attempting more than 5
questions, the first 5 questions answered by the candidate shall be evaluated.
Each question has an answer which is a number with one/two/three digits. Each correct
answer will be awarded FOUR marks. NO NEGATIVE mark for incorrect answer.

15. Question paper booklet contain total 75 questions.

16. Maximum Mark is 240.

17. More than one answer marked against a question will be deemed as incorrect answer.

18. No negative mark for unattended questions.

19. Do not break the seals of the question booklet before being instructed to do so by the
invigilators
20. Immediately after opening the question booklet, candidate should verify whether the
question booklet issued contains all the 75 questions, if not, request for replacement.

21. The answers should not be marked in the question paper.

22. Those students indulging in any kind of malpractice will be disqualified.

Filling the Optical Response Sheet (ORS)

23. OMR Answer scripts are processed by electronic means. The following instructions are
to be followed to strictly avoid invalidation of answer scripts

24. The Optical Response Sheet (ORS) is provided separately.

25. Handle the OMR sheet with utmost care as it is to be read by machine.

26. Do not write or make any mark on the Answer Sheet except at the space specially provided
for

27. All entries in the OMR Answer Sheet are to be made with blue or black ball - point pen
only. No other colours permitted. Marking with fountain pen, gel pen, sketch pen or pencil
is not permitted.

28. If the OMR sheet given is found defective, get it replaced by a new one.

29. Question paper booklet code is printed on the right hand top of the ORS.

30. Please ensure that the Booklet Code shown on the top of the Question Booklet is the
same as that shown in the ORS. If you have received a Question Booklet with a different
Booklet Code, please get it replaced with a Question Booklet with the same Booklet
Code as that of the ORS from the Invigilator. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

31. Students should write all the required details in the answersheet (name, student ID, prefered
programme, centre, roll number, address, Phone no. stream, etc..)

32. The bubbles should be fully shaded.

33. Mark your answer only in the appropriate space in the answer sheet against the number
corresponding to the question
34. The answers once marked should not be erased, crossed or corrected using correction
fluid. Such corrections will be treated as wrong answer.
35. Rough work must not be done on the answer sheet.
36. Answer sheet should be handed over to the invigilator immediately after the examination.
37. Answer Key : The tentative answer key of the screening test will be published in our
website at 8.00 pm (IST) on 26-01-2025. Changes in the answer key, if any , shall be
send to our mail ([email protected]) with detailed explanation on or
before 11 pm (IST) on 26-01-2025. Any suggestion or correction, will not be counted
thereafter.
38. The corrected key will be published in our website at 11.00 am (IST) on 27-01-2025 and
it will be treated as final.
39. Result : The results of the screening test will be published in the Student profile (Results)
on or before 6 pm (IST) 27-01-2025.
40. Those who failed to get selected through screening test based 26-01-2025 can write the
screening test proposed to be held in 23-03-2025 & 30-03-2025. Those who want to
improve their ranks can also appear in this screening test. Date, Time, Syllabus,
Scholarships etc...will be published later.
41. Online orientation programme
 Before Screening test - There will be an online orientation programme on 24-01-2025,
Friday 8.00 p.m (IST) before screening test. In which mode of conducting screening test
will be explained in this session. The Meeting ID, Meeting Password, Meeting link will be
intimated through www. brilliantpala.org - Student portal - Notification - Announcement
section, sms and email.
 Online Orientation Programme 27-01-2025, Monday 8.30 pm (IST) - Admission procedure.
There will be an online orientation programme after the publication of the Rank List. The
details regarding the admission will be explained during orientation programme. Every
student whose name figure in merit list / waiting list together with his/her parent/guardian/
a person authorized by the parent should attend an orientation programme. The Meeting
ID, Meeting Password, Meeting link will be intimated through www. brilliantpala.org -
Student portal - Announcement section, sms and email, and also along with result.
42. In case of any dispute regarding the conduct of the screening test, valuation, preparation
of rank list, Admission etc, the decision of the Board of Directors of Brilliant Study
centre shall be final.
