COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course deals with application of the basic Database Management Systems (DBMS) concepts in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such
as SAP Business One. Using various tools available in SAP Business One, the students will be able to analyze data and Database information incorporated on the
processes. The course will also serve as a venue for the students to learn about basic Database Management by means of Relational Database Management
System (RDBMS), importing data via Data Transfer Workbench, Import from Excel, Data Import and Basic SQL commands.

COURSE OUTCOMES:
1. Understand what DBMS is
2. Understand how MSSQL and SAP B1 are connected
3. Learn the Concept of RDBMS
4. Familiarize and simulate the Basic SAP Transactions and Understand the Database information on each process.
5. Generate customized reports using SQL
6. Learn how to Import and Export data to and from SAP
