My ecology is entailed in a serving the community via analysis and examining of the data

collected about the public. This data is vital in the deduction of conclusive ideas when it comes

to proper decisions making. Data collected needs to be stored for future referencing by other

people like staff or other important board members, or stakeholders in the organization. In my

administration, data is stored in paper filings, the city files, and electronic files, for example,

computer drives.

It is necessary for the data stored to be made sense of via analysis and interpretation to

provide information that can be easily understood at a glance. Information sharing forms an

important part of successful execution of an ecology system. Timely and accurate information

sending and reception is essential to maximize productivity. For instance, during meetings, it is

advisable that members should have prior access to vital info about the meeting agenda so that

no one is left out.

The accuracy and speed of processing data is essential in the timeliness of others having

access to it, reading it, and interpreting it according to their knowledge standards to be able to

understand it. This can be encouraged by an ecology with top notch synchronization between all

the involved interacting parties of which without leads to drag and waste of time to conduct

reconfirmations, time that would be used to conduct other projects.

In my respective ecology, my field has the responsibilities demanding the calculation and

monitoring of the financial budgets for various events done by the organization. There is also the

writing of reports for various meetings and majorly the supervision of the working staff. All this

information has to be organized and shared at some point among the staff and the community

and board members to aid them in achieve their assigned responsibilities in the organization.

Oppositely, if this information is not disseminated in well-stipulated timing, it obviously holds

back someone from completing his or her organizational tasks which like I said wastes time and

sometimes lowers staff morale or motivation if y cannot access essential information during

working hours.

My role as the one calculate budgets and writing reports comes a long way in helping in

the conversion of raw data into understandable information for the staff, board and community

members involved with the organization. The planning and evaluation of events is crucial mainly

aimed at sharing of processed information gotten my written report, calculated and well

monitored budgets using the data I collected previously. Presentation of all this information to

the involved parties, e.g. Community Members is another vital activity.

The media that I use which facilitate in the fast dissemination of this information to the

intended recipient include the social and traditional media, e.g. Twitter, City Facebook page,

newspapers, paper flyers, local cable public service announcements among others. This in turn

provides the public with information about programs and activities being offered, and keeping

them aware of current social issues. All this information are advisably backed up and stored on

city data files systems computers, and as the lead supervisor, I make the decision and final say

for majority of projects. Occasionally, I need to work with the City’s Public Information Officer.

I gain experience/knowledge in my line of work or field via the continual examination

and interpretation of data into sensible information. The data might include unprocessed

numerical budgets, undone written reports etc. Conclusively, the appropriate dissemination of

information is quite crucial in the execution of an event or premeditated program, of which of

not done can lead to a project failing.
