To populate earth, to make him viceroy of the earth &

he can fulfil the commands of the Supreme Creator.

To progress on the path of Iman & Taqwa.

To follow the commands Throughout

Both the points are connected to each other, as when

we develop, attain & progress we better take a charge
of the succession of the earth.
Inappropriate, should utilize the resources
moderately. Balance is the key to success.

work is done with care & taqwa will become worship.
The means or provisions should be utilized wisely.

The time, money & the provisions will be asked by

Allah, how were they used.
The beneficial knowledge which we get, should be spread for the interest of
mankind. Their should always be a progress which is essential for the development
of human race.

The human development in the fields of education & medicine can eradicate
diseases or at least it can be curbed with the right approach & awareness.
Imam Mohammed Al-Bukhari is considered as one of the most distinguished scholars
of Hadith in Islamic history. His book Sahih al-Bukhari, in which the Prophet's words,
actions, or habits were collected, is one of the greatest sources of the prophetic
influence in history.
During his youth he memorized the Holy Quran and learned the basics of religion. He
had memorized thousands of Ahadiths while he was still a young boy. Bukhara's
atmosphere, which was then one of the centres of science, also helped him. He
attended the meetings with scientists and religious scholars frequently. At the age of
16, he travelled with his mother and brother Ahmed to Makkah to perform the Hajj
pilgrimage and stayed there to gain more knowledge. He would go on to stay in the
holy city for six years and began to collect ahadiths.

The human development was always a subject taught by sharia, the very first word
in Quran Majeed ‘Iqra’ calls us to enhance us, channelize our abilities & polish our
skills. There are various Quranic verses & The prophetic Ahadith which taught us to
ponder upon, reflect & act wisely for the progress & that’s the actual essence of
development.

The quality of reflecting, thinking & progressing shouldn’t be compromised, it

should be universal by all the possible means. The basic rules of attainment should
always remain universal.
When human develops he would do his best to identify, to preserve & to enhance
natural resources, this way the development of both go along together.

Self dependence, self development, benefitting public & utilizing capabilities in the
right direction.
• The UAE places utmost importance to human development, hence maintaining its highest rating
in the GCC region and also ranking among nations that have embraced the highest development
of its human resources, according to a report by the United Nations.
• The UAE is rated highly due to having one of the best standards of living, one of the highest per
capita incomes, a long and healthy life and access to knowledge.
• The UN Human Development Index (HDI) for 2017 has bracketed the UAE into the comity of
nations that have achieved "Very High Human Development" for their citizens and residents. The
Emirates was ranked 34th in the index, one notch lower than the previous year but still better
than 155 countries.
• The UAE is ranked high in HDI mainly due to two key social parameters; life expectancy and
education have seen significant improvement for the UAE over the years. This is mainly on
account of the sustained policies and focus by the authorities to provide a state-of-art-health and
education infrastructure in the country. In fact, the UAE is well-poised to become a major hub in
the region both for health and education. In addition, the UAE is also in the forefront in the
Gender Development Index, signifying the active role of women and their empowerment in all
walks of life."
