Event: Film Showing Activity
Date: September 28, 2024
Venue: SM City Rosales
Time: 6:00 AM onwards

 Objective: To ensure the safety and security of all participants,


staff, and property during the film showing event, minimizing any
risks of accidents, disruptions, or emergencies.

 Personnel Involved:

Event Coordinator - Mr. Anthony Hernandez


Security Team Leader - Winlove G. Day ag
Security Personnel - Dominador I. Gabriel
First Aid Responder - Marivic S. Fonacier

 Security Measures:

A. Security Checkpoints:
Main Gate: To security personnel will be stationed at the
entrance to check IDs, ensure only authorized individuals enter
and inspect bags for any prohibited items.
Event Hall Entrances: Security personnel will be assigned to
monitor entry and exit, ensuring report conduct and crowd
control.
Sign-In Prototcol: All attendees, including students, staff, and
guests, must sign in upon entry for record purposes.

Seating Arrangements: Ensure orderly seating. Ushers will


guide partcipants to their seats to prevent crowding.

Montor During the Event: Security personnel will patrol the


venue to ensure there is no disorderly conduct, excessive
noise, or disruptions.

Emergency Exits: Emergency exits must remain unlocked and


clearly marked. Two security personnel will be positioned near
exits to facilitate evacuation if needed.

C. Prohibited Items Attendees are not allowed to bring in any


shard objects, alcohol, illegal substances, or any items that
could pose a threat to safety.

D. Communication and Coordination:

Two-way Radios: These will be provided to all security


personnel for quick communication.

Event Coordinator: These will be the main point of contact for


any escalated issues.
