 Introduction:

Background
Efficient class scheduling is very important and crucial in
educational and industrial institutions to avoid overlaps or
clashing between classes, labs and extracurricular activities or
events. Thus, manual scheduling can cause or lead to conflicts,
inefficiencies and frustration for both staff and students.

Problem Statement
Class scheduling is a highly important task in which educational
institutions spend a lot of resources in forms of time and manual
computation to find the right class schedule that fulfills all the
requirements. Managing the physical resources of a university is
both a complex and stressful activity because of the vast amount
of variables coming into play or to be considered (availability of
personnel and the limited physical infrastructure) which can
produce some errors. A well satisfied schedule would
accommodate all the students and staff’s desires for convenient
timing on their course lectures.

Objective
My objective is to create an automated scheduling application
that efficiently allocate time and resources with no conflicts
between different classes of different levels or groups. This
project would simply schedule, improve resource or class
allocation and reduce conflict
