In order to make the activities carried out in the media classroom more efficient and to ensure that
you make effective use of the facilities and computer equipment, the following regulations must be
followed to the letter:
1. Enter and leave the media room in an orderly manner, without shouting untimelyly, calling out loud,
whistling, or hitting.
2. Do not eat food, bring containers, drink liquids or throw garbage in the media room.
3. Respect the assignment of teams and coworkers that the teacher determines.
5. Be responsible for damages and losses, with full knowledge of the facts, that their actions or omissions
cause to students, equipment and belongings in the media classroom.
6. It is the responsibility of the students in general to maintain order and discipline within the media
classroom.
7. It is strictly forbidden to use the computer equipment for any activity that is not related to the class
(games, music, videos) unless the teacher deems otherwise.
10. Scratching or hitting work tables and chairs, as well as computer equipment, is prohibited.
11. It is forbidden to scratch or hit the monitors with a pencil, pen or any object that could damage the LCD
screen. As well as touching the screen with your hands.
12. It is strictly forbidden to install any type of software or games that could put the operating system of the
equipment at risk.
13. Documents, files or work should not be saved on computers; students must record and save their
work on their USB memory stick.
14. When it is necessary to use an academic video or listen to multimedia software, this will only be
done with the students' own headphones.
15. The media classroom reserves the right to access the computer equipment for those students who do
not comply with the provisions of this regulation and who cause damage to the packages installed on the
computers or on the network server, to the computer equipment (hardware), to the furniture or to the
facilities.
