Scanner and One Biometric Fingerprint Scanner (wherever required) are to be

3) Available hardware may be used to the extent feasible until end of life.

4) Ensure that the existing Dot Matrix Printers, spared from the counters
and having useful lifespan are gainfully used in back-Office operations in all
circles.
