in terms of the mechanisms that the agency provide for them to be empowered. These include
handling conflicts, encouraging employees to do their best, there is trust among employees, etc.

This implies that the data points tend to be closer to the mean, indicating low variance.

Moreover, it revealed that the highest mean of 4.30 was obtained along the indicator,

that employees are most satisfied when they are provided with feedback regarding their work. Particularly,
