It returns Last day of the month
Before or After Date Based on the
EOMonth() Starting date and Number.
Positive number -> Future Date
Negative number -> Previous Date
It returns Before or After Date
Edate() Based on the Starting date and
Number.
Positive number -> Future Date
Negative number -> Previous Date
