No.14571/EG/T4/2011, dated 07-03-2011.

O R D E R:

In the reference first read above, orders have been issued approving the
Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) system for implementation of
the Projects/works sanctioned under various schemes including centrally
sponsored schemes like UIDSSMT, JNNURM in all Municipal Corporations,
Municipalities and HMWS&SB for expeditious completion of works with an
estimated cost of Rs.10.00 Crores and above and also constituting 3
Committees to exercise the functions shown against it, as indicated in the
Annexures – I to IV to the said G.O.

2. In the reference second read above, the Special Officer & Engineer-in-
Chief (PH), Hyderabad has submitted a proposal for amendment to Committee-
II of Annexure – I, II, III & IV to G.O first cited for getting approval of tenders by
the Committee-II in two stages i.e.1) Approval of technical bids for opening
price bids, and 2) Approval of financial bids (tenders).

3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby issues the

following amendment.
AMENDMENT

Committee – II of Annexure-I to G.O.Ms.No.504, MA&UD (A1) Dept, dated

12.07.2007 shall be substituted with the following;
1) Approval of technical Principal Secretary to Govt., Chairman
evaluation for opening of MA & UD Dept
price bids & Engineer-In-Chief (PH),

2) Approval of Tenders Representative From Finance
