1. Oracle is pleased to allow its business partner (“Partner”) to download the Materials found on this area of the Site. The Materials provided on or through this area of the Site are confidential
to Oracle and protected by intellectual property laws, and provided to Partner under and pursuant to the terms, conditions and restrictions of Partner’s agreement with Oracle to participate
in the applicable beta program pertaining to the Software (as defined below) (“Beta Trial License Agreement”), as well as any additional terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in any area
of this Site or in any Materials provided on or through this Site. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in the Beta Trial License
Agreement and those set forth in any area of this Site on in any Materials provided on or through this Site, the former shall have precedence with respect to Partner’s access and use of the
Site and Materials, provided, however, that notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Beta Trial License Agreement, Partner will restrict access to and disclosure of Materials only to its
employees who require access to Materials in connection with the Beta Trial License Agreement.

3. Oracle disclaims any warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any Materials. Materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express, implied or

can be removed from the workflow task.
• Highlight a row in the Notifications table and delete.
