Describe a decision you made that was unpopular and how you handled this?

- Being a teacher, we are exposed to varied tasks so we must be flexible.

- One decision that I can share and how I handle this is when my co-workers and my
Head/princpipal choose me to become the Brigada Coordinator.
- There are many challenges I encountered like how I can manage the different task that I will be
providing to my co-workers and how will I prepare the papers for the search for best brigade
implementer.
- But by flexibility and goal oriented, and with the cooperation of my team, we manage well the
brigade eskwela.

Tell me about a time you failed to meet a deadline. What happened and what did you learn?

- Meeting a deadline is one of the favorite task that we are doing, of course there are also times
that we fail to meet the deadline specially if we are submitting grades of our students. One
factor to consider is, failure for our students to submit there output, so we need to wait.
- For different reports, I think we need to tell the reason honestly and we ask for extension if its
not urgent, but of course we need to have a time management to really fullfil and meet the
deadline of any report.

Describe a specific goal you set for yourself and how you achieved it. What factors led to your
success?

- One specific goal I set for myself was to improve my public speaking skills to
enhance my effectiveness in team meetings and presentations. I realized that
being able to communicate clearly and confidently was crucial for my
professional growth and for contributing more effectively to my team.
- To achieve this goal, I need to Attend Workshops, and Sought Feedbacks
from mentors and peers.
- As a result, I became more confident and effective in my presentations, which
positively impacted my contributions to team projects and meetings. This
experience taught me the importance of setting clear goals, seeking support, and
being persistent in my efforts.

Imagine you are tasked with organising our office move to a new location in Davao City. How would
you plan for this?

- Initial Assessment and Planning (Understand Requirements, Site Visit,

Create a Timeline)
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation
- Communication and Coordination
- Inventory and Packing
- Infrastructure Setup
- Moving Day Execution
- Post-Move Activities

This approach ensures that the office move is organized, efficient, and minimizes
disruption to our operations.

If I told you that you failed, what would be your first reaction?

- Failure is part of our life! Of course my first reaction, is that there’s a bit disapointment or
sadness, but if I fail it doesn’t mean that it’s the end, this will only allow me to reflect or assess
the mistakes in my part which will give me opportunity to learn and grow more which will
eventually I can use for future decisions.
