WEEK 17 - TASK: FINAL PROJECT – "APPLYING TO DISNEY – PART I"

INSTRUCTIONS

Hello everyone!
Now it's time to do the Final Work. It consists of two parts: one of written production (part I) and
one of oral production (part II). This week you will begin with written production. Remember, if you
need to review a topic, you can go back and review it as many times as you need. Good luck!

1. Course Learning Achievement

At the end of the course, students provide information about their routines, preferences and
personal information and that of others in order to function in the English language using grammar
and lexical conventions corresponding to level A1.

2. Description

1. Step 1: Collaborative work (in pairs).

2. Step 2: Review this week’s study material and your session notes.

Situation: Imagine that you and your partner want to apply for a job at Disney. They are
looking for an entertainment team. To apply for the job, each team must send an email (80
words) responding to the question “Tell us more about yourself and your daily activities.”
One of the two writes the first paragraph with his or her personal information and that of
his or her partner (40 words) and the other writes a second paragraph about the
preferences and routines of both.
