[Issued under Section 3 and Section 4 of the Haryana Private Health Sciences Educational Institutions (Regulation of
Admission, Fixation of fee and Maintenance of Educational Standards) Act, 2012]

Subject:- Procedure for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS in Government/Government
Aided/Private Medical and Dental Educational Institutions including those under SGT
University, Budhera, Gurugram (Private University) for Academic Session 2018-19.

In continuation to the Haryana Government Notification issued vide No. 16/10/2017-6HB-IV dated
09.02.2018 and in view of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India having granted permission
for starting MD Microbiology(03 seats) in SHKM, GMC, Nalhar, Nuh from the academic session 2018-19 the
following amendments is made-
Point No. 5, the distribution of seats may be read as:-
*MD (Three Years Course) in SHKM Govt. Medical College, Nalhar (Nuh).

** The seats under State Quota (Column A, B, C) will change if the State Government decides to implement the State
Reservation Policy in PG Admissions before the date of counselling.
NOTE:
1. The number of seats in various courses may vary depending upon the permission granted by MCI/DCI/ Govt.
of India/State Govt. at the time of admission.
2. Roster shall be maintained for allotment of seats for Institutional Candidates and PH Category Candidates.
3. Final number and distribution of seats will be displayed before the commencement of counselling.
4. Distribution of seats is subject to applicability of State Reservation Policy if notified by the State Government.
