Below changes are suggested by Neeraj(Honeywell) in 4:30 (Evening) call :-

HFOM Dashobard:- Put Site and Area filter in same chart


PSM Dashboard:- Change the look of dashboard as per discussion going to happen on
Monday
Neeraj- Receiving SIA data by today EOD

Hello Team,

Below changes are suggested by KK(Honeywell) in 6:45PM call:

HFOM Dashboard:- 1. Add Filter of Site Name on all drill down pages and add site
column in Tables.
2. Add Refresh on with Date & Time in all pages.
FUEL AND LOSS:- Frequency change
EII:- Frequency change
IR REPORTED: Title Change
FLARING STATISTICS:- Frequency change
Total energy cost:- Frequency change

HFOM Dashboard:- Testing done of changes suggested by KK(Honeywell) date with time
wala change still inprogress

Received PDF of RPI mock up from KJ with changes & below changes are pending-

1. need to add more KPI at top- Nikhil/Suraj working on it


2. Domestic sale replace with map chart- Done
3. Monthly production Margin- pending discussion
4. EII vs Plan vs Target- Some how its not appearing nice chart (pending)
5. Flaring Stastics- need to understand relation bet gauge chart and line chart
6. Total energy cost: either remove or add grid line & y-axis
7. Inventory Position:- cylindrical gauge chart

# MD drill down:-

-> Keep top 5 for area SR in desc order


-> Keep 3 kpi at top of the page (Capacity Utilization, Area SR, Unit GHDS)
-> remove line chart from the bottom of page

# Summary Page of MD RPI:

-> Demurrage cost- add gitter line instead of line chart, add

-> Fuel & Loss- change chart to Line chart, show lines for actual & target

For all dashboards and mock up:


-> change all the lines in doted lines in all the line charts of mock up &
dashboard
-> avoid use of Area chart
change UOM for Domestic Sales, throughput, Import, Export- had discussion with
Kunal he will discuss with Sandeep
Frequency- 10 jun is fine for Day, Y Day- Y's Day, MTD- Month to Date, YTD- Year to
Date

-> Product Yeild: Need clarification on data to be displayed on mock up


-> EII: according to suggestion mentioned in pdf, we have created Radar chart for
this widget.
-> LTIF Oman Assets: need clarification on comment
-> IR Reported Incidents: as mention we have to refer excel sheet but which one to
refer
-> Inventory Postion: confusion on Cylinder chart

2. Capacity Utilization- Current Value Matrix, Line and KPI Number Match
3. Remove dollar in demurage cost
4. Widget Header size should be increased suggested by neeraj sir
5. when refreshed in title (as of) Actual & target refreshed- need discussion on
