The ultrasound study of Mr. Shaurya Ratsogi reveals mild hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration of the liver, but no significant abnormalities in other abdominal organs. All other structures, including the gall bladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, and urinary bladder, appear normal with no signs of obstruction or mass lesions. Clinical correlation is advised as the possibility of acid peptic disease cannot be ruled out.
