Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Trainer with expertise in


Python, .NET, and Cloud Computing to deliver high-quality training sessions to
both technical and non-technical learners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience with full stack development and cloud technologies, along with a
passion for teaching and mentoring others.

As a Full Stack Developer Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and
delivering educational content, conducting live training sessions, and guiding
learners through practical coding exercises. Your goal is to ensure that learners
understand the core principles of modern software development and gain the skills
needed to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery:
o Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on Full Stack
Development with a focus on Python, .NET, and Cloud Computing.
o Design, create, and update training content (e.g., slides, documents,
and coding exercises) for students and professionals.
o Lead hands-on coding workshops, interactive lectures, and technical
demonstrations.
o Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure learning
objectives are met.
• Curriculum Development:
o Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum covering Full
Stack Development (Python, .NET) and Cloud Computing (AWS,
Azure & DigitalOcean.).
o Continuously update the training materials to reflect the latest trends,
technologies, and industry best practices.
o Prepare real-world projects and case studies for practical learning.
• Mentorship and Support:
o Offer mentorship to individual students and professionals during and
after training sessions.
o Assist learners in troubleshooting coding problems and provide
solutions to technical challenges.
o Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
• Training Assessment and Improvement:
o Conduct assessments, quizzes, and exams to measure student
understanding and progress.
o Analyze feedback from trainees and modify training methodologies to
improve effectiveness.
o Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and training
tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Technical Expertise & Research:
o Keep up with the latest advancements in Full Stack Development and
Cloud Computing to ensure that training is aligned with industry
needs.
o Develop proof of concepts, prototypes, and example projects to
demonstrate key concepts in Python, .NET, and Cloud Computing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
o Strong experience in Full Stack Development, specifically in Python
and .NET.
o Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
React.js, Angular, etc.).
o Expertise in backend technologies (Django, Flask, VB.NET Core,
etc.).
o Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,
DigitalOcean etc.) and cloud-based architectures.
o Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., MySQL,
PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
o Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for deployment and
version control (Docker, Kubernetes, Git, etc.).

• Experience in Teaching / Training:


o Proven experience in delivering technical training to diverse
audiences (students, professionals, or corporate groups).
o Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to
explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way.
o Ability to engage and motivate learners, including those with little
prior knowledge of programming or cloud technologies.
• Problem Solving and Mentoring:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide
students in overcoming technical challenges.
o Patience and empathy in working with individuals of varying skill
levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information


Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions
Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, etc.).
• Experience in corporate training or as a technical instructor in a training
institution.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
