So, let’s begin with the day.

Today was that one day where I realized that how efficient I am.
It was 8:00 am when I received a call from my Head of department regarding sending a mail
inviting Director and Deputy Director for the guest session. I was confused that why he told
me to send the mails, I was not able to register the fact that I am the coordinator of The
Operations Club. I took it as an opportunity to fight my insecurity, my hesitation and my
anxiety. At the same time, I got another call from a different faculty that the guest is here
and someone needs to go and welcome him. This came like a tsunami as both of the tasks
were equally important. I took this chance and this time I delegated the mails to my co-
coordinator, and with a quick foot went to the academic block to welcome the guest. He was
a gentleman, watching me being all pumped up asked me to take a breather and said “This is
what life is all about young man”. I was happy and maybe excited to be around him as after
all he was the guest.
I escorted him to the auditorium; on the way we had a light discussion about my
qualifications and MBA in general. His insights were enlightening and a door way to new
possibilities. The whole experience made me realize what I am as a person, and what hidden
traits I have that I have been using since joining this institute. With an excitement in my
mind and enthusiasm in my soul I’ve put in one step towards my goal. By keeping myself on
these tracks I am moving forward and upward.
