23MAT121 Calculus and Linear Algebra

CO Course Outcomes
CO01 Generate graphs for functions using the concepts of single variable calculus and apply the
fundamental theorem of calculus to evaluate integrals.
CO02 Select suitable parameterization of curves and find their arc lengths.
CO03 Find partial derivatives of multivariable functions and use the Jacobian in practical problems.
CO04 Apply the fundamental theorem of Line Integrals, Green’s Theorem, Stokes’ Theorem, or
Divergence Theorem to evaluate integrals.
CO05 Apply concepts of matrix algebra for solving simultaneous linear algebraic equations.
CO06 Apply the power of mathematical abstraction through concepts like vector spaces, inner
product spaces, and linear transformations.
