Good morning everyone!

It is both an honor and a pleasure to welcome you all to “NAVACHAR 2024” induction program
for Department of Computer Applications. This event marks the beginning of a new chapter in
your lives and I am honored to welcome you all here.

A very warm welcome to our esteemed guests Dr. Dheeraj Gupta (Director GNIOT), Dr. Sanjay
Katiyar (Academic Dean), Head and Dy. Head of the department, all the faculty members and
my dear students.

Today, as we gather here, I would like to begin by paying our respects and gratitude to the
visionary founder of our esteemed institution, Shri K. L. Gupta ji.

His foresight and dedication to quality education has been the cornerstone upon which GNIOT
stands. His dream to create an institution that nurtures innovation, academic excellence, and
holistic development continues to inspire us every day and we are proud that his legacy is
upholded by our esteemed Chairman, Dr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta and Vice Chairman Mr. Gaurav
Gupta.

Dr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta has been a visionary leader whose guidance has been pivotal in shaping
the strategic direction and values of our organization.

Equally, Mr. Gaurav Gupta, our Vice Chairman, A dynamic leader whose contributions have
steered GNIOT in innovative directions.

Their leadership and dedication are invaluable, and we are incredibly privileged to have their
guidance and support as we embark on this new chapter.

Today marks a significant milestone as you, our new students begin your journey with us, you
are a part of that legacy and we are thrilled to have you here.

Before we begin this afternoon session, let us take a moment to honor and remember the
visionary founder of GNIOT, Greater Noida, Mr. K.L. Gupta, whose dedication to education and
passion for excellence laid the foundation for this esteemed institution. Although he is no longer
with us, his legacy continues to inspire and guide us in our journey of shaping bright futures for
all students.

Your enthusiasm and eagerness for this program are truly inspiring, and we are confident that
this experience will be both enriching and rewarding.

This afternoon’s session is especially significant as we are honored to have a distinguished guest
with us.

It is my great pleasure to welcome our esteemed guest, Mr. Raj Kamal Gupta, the Executive
Director and Founder of Cosmopolitan Plus. His NGO has made significant contributions to
women and child welfare, as well as promoting Indian art and culture. With over 30 years of
experience in Human Resource Management, Mr. Gupta has been a driving force in raising
awareness about sexual harassment prevention and women’s rights through his extensive
workshops across India.

In addition to his social work, he has excelled in diverse industries, including Telecom, IT,
FMCG, and Hospitality, and is known for his work in Corporate Training, Personality
Development, and Image Building.

We are honored to have him with us today to share his invaluable insights. Please join me in
extending a warm welcome to Mr. Raj Kamal Gupta.
