Clinical Trial Management which is a very important Business Process before launching a new Product in
The Market, using Manual Business Process to address the Study Management Process. They
have decided to implement Siebel CRM in their business to leverage the added benefits that
Package delivers day-to- day business. Siebel is an established brand of software from
Oracle Inc reportedly used by many fortune 500 companies globally with acclaim. IBM is the
Preferred Siebel implementation partner for our client Medtronic Inc. and IBM India Pvt. Ltd.
has been entrusted the responsibility to provide professionals with adequate technical know-
how for the said Business Process. They will work together with a dedicated client team
Providing them with guidelines, technical assistance and training inputs in order to
implement Siebel successfully in their business. This involves analysis of the requirements,

Scope of the project: The client was facing lots of issues due to 21 different applications running at different
locations and different time zones, so they decided to bring the functionality of the entire 21 applications into 1
application called ADW (Atomic Data Warehouse). Project consists of lots
technologies like Oracle Express, Hyper roll, Siebel Analytics, Web OSA, and Tracker
reports, Informatica etc. And basic idea of this project is to move entire application in one
centralized environment in such a way that user should get same look and feel for all the
reports and performance of the applications should be better than or equal to the previous
