* Description Dear Sir/Madam, Under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005, I seek the following of Information information regarding the Chengam to Salem highway via Melpallipattu, Neepathurai, and Harur: 1.Is Sought there any feasibility study or plan currently underway for upgrading the existing single road between Chengam and Salem via Melpallipattu, Neepathurai, and Harur into a broader highway? 2.Has any proposal been submitted or approved for this route’s development into a highway or an extended road? If yes, please provide details, including the scope of work, timeline, and the department responsible. 3.Are there any road extension or improvement projects currently in progress or planned for the Chengam to Salem route via Neepathurai? 4.Copies of relevant documents, maps, or reports detailing the feasibility, proposals, or project plans (if any). 5.If no such proposals or projects exist, are there any plans being considered for improving this route, given that it is the shortest route connecting Tiruvannamalai and Chengam to Salem?
