EMCEE SCRIPT

I. INTRODUCTION…….
A pleasant morning to one and all. It gives us immense pleasure to
welcome you all to the graduation ceremony.
This is much-awaited event in every pupil’s lives, as it gives the returns
to the efforts put in by the pupils throughout their academic endeavor.
Today is indeed a day that is full of joy, the day about pride and
accomplishments.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 62nd Graduation and Moving -
Up Ceremony of Pangabat Elementary School.
II. PROCESSIONAL………..
And now the processional march….
Let us all welcome the candidates for moving up and graduation with
their parents…………
Let us welcome the stakeholders in education- PTA Officials, Municipal
and Barangay Officials and DEPED Officials.
Let us give a hand to the pillars of this institution, the faculty and staff
of Pangabat Elementary School together with our Honored Guest.
We request everyone to please remain in your respective places to
maintain the formality of this undertaking. Thank you.

To the Principal I of Francisco C. Vacaro Memorial School with a brilliant
mind, Dr. Yoli L. Llorico..Sir….
To the supportive barangay officials present with their helpful Brgy.
Captain Jenie V. Visto, with the active Brgy. DepEd Committee Brgy.
Kgwd. Rene C. Agustino……
To our special visitors, the generous family of late Anastacio Ortiz, the
donor of the land where our school is located…in the presence of ma’am
Leila Ortiz Advincula and company.
To always on the go PTA officials, headed by their clever President Mrs.
Melona N. Patricio
To our very own hard working and kind-hearted Head Teacher III, Dr.
Juvy R. Bacia….
Strenuous teaching staff of this institution…
Proud Parents, my dear graduates, friends, ladies and gentlemen good
morning and welcome to the 62nd Graduation and Moving-Up Ceremony of
Pangabat ES with the theme “Kabataang Pilipino Para sa Matatag na
Kinabukasan ng bagong Pilipinas”

III. NATIONAL ANTHEM,III. PRAYER, IV. CAPIZ HYMN AND V.


JAMINDAN THEMESONG……..
To start, everyone is requested to stand to pay respect and honor to
our flag. Put our right hand over our heart for the singing of National Anthem
to be led by Mrs. Ma. Jenefe S. Ucag and please remain standing for a prayer
to be given to us by Miss Marivel V. Billano, With Honors this will be followed
by the singing of Capiz Hymn and Jamindan Themesong as Mrs. Ma. Jenefe S.
Ucag again conducting.
Thank you maam Jen and Marivel…….
You may now take your seats………

VI. WORDS OF WELCOME………….


To formally welcome us all to this graduation ceremony, let us hear a
words of welcome from Kenth Nygiel B. Ucag, with honor. Let’s give him a
hand please.
Thank you Kenth.

VII. PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES FOR GRADUATION AND VIII.


CONFIRMATION……
And now the most significant moment in every graduation ceremony
has come. May we call on Dr. Juvy R. Bacia, Head Teacher III for the
presentation of candidates for moving-up and graduation. This is to be
followed by the acceptance by our Public Schools District Supervisor Ma.
Theressa V. Villagracia, and the confirmation, that is on behalf of the Schools
Division Superintendent, Dr. Yoli L. LLorico will do the honor.
Thank you very muchMaam and Sir.
May we invite you sir Yoli again to please be on stage to receive this
certificate of appreciation…

IX. DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES…………..


Today marks another milestone in our graduates’ academic journey. At
this juncture, the graduates will receive their certificates of graduation.
With this, may we invite Dr. Yoli L. Llorico, and Dr. Juvy R. Bacia to do
the honor of giving the certificates.
Graduates, as I call your name please come up the stage and receive
your certificates……….

X. MESSAGE OF DEPED SECRETARY


-Now, let us relax and feel the meaning of the message of our Dep.ED.
Secretary, our Vice President Sara Z. Duterte to our graduates to be
delivered to us by the diligent Principal I of Francisco C. Vacaro Memorial
School, Dr. Yoli L. Llorico… this will be followed by the reading of the
message to our graduates of our beloved Public School District Supervisor by
Dr. Juvy R. Bacia, and Municipal Mayor message by yours truly…
Let us give them a big hand…

XI. AWARDING OF MEDALS……


And now, we are also gathered to pay recognitions to the ones who
have done very well and have been perseverant in their studies.
May we request once more Dr. Juvy R. Bacia to give the award to the
outstanding Movers and Graduates to be assisted by Dr. Yoli L. Llorico.
My dear Movers and Graduates as I call your name please come up the
stage with your parents.

XII. SPEECH OF GRATITUDE


- At this juncture ladies and gentlemen, let us now hear words of
gratitude from one of our honored graduates, a warm of applause
to Miss Rhea Mae V. Visto.
- Thank you Rhea Mae for that very touching Speech of Gratitude
….Aashan namin na sa balang araw babalik kayo at bigyang
karangalan ang ating paaralan.

XIII. INTRODUCTION OF GUEST SPEAKER


Success is not final. All we need is courage to continue; and the
inspiration to move forward. Now, let us welcome Mrs. Grachelle Y. Saldo a
grade 5 Adviser to introduce our today’s Guest Speaker.

XIV. CHALLENGE TO THE GRADUATES


Thank you for your words of inspiration, Ma’am. Despite limitations,
some of our graduates have proven that excellence is never impossible with
hard work and determination. This time around, we would like to take this
opportunity to present this certificate of Appreciation and token to our guest
of honor. May we invite once again Ma’am Juvy R. bacianor to hand over the
certificate and token to be assisted by Hon. Jenie V. Visto.
Thank you Ma’am Chinana, ma’am Juvy and Hon. Jenie V. Visto.

XV. PLEDGE OF LOYALTY


And Now, let us witness the graduates as they pledge their loyalty. To
lead the class, please welcome on stage Miss Jylie Claudette Surca.

XVI. GRADUATION SONG


In every memorable moment of one’s life, there are always songs that
will embody inferred emotions. With a round of applause, let us welcome the
graduates for their graduation song. This will be followed by our Movers in
their Moving-Up nSong

XVII. ANNOUNCEMENT
To formally close the program, let us all lend our ears to the closing
message at the same time for some announcements from our very own Head
Teacher III, Dr. Juvy R. bacia. Let s give her a round of applause.

XVIII. OFFERING OF CERTIFICATES AND GIFT GIVING


And now ladies and gentlemen, let us gather together as we are about
to witness our dear graduates who pay homage to their parents for all the
sacrifices and love shown to them.
My dear graduates go to your parents and offer them your certificates.

XIV. RECESSIONAL MARCH……………………….


To all the movers and graduates,parents, congratulations. This day
calls for celebration. Thank you for gracing this momentous occasion with us.
Before we officially conclude these program, we would like to convey
our sincerest felicitations to all those who in every way have made this
occasion a success.
To our esteemed guests, thank you for gracing this momentous
occasion. Your presence is in itself as inspiration.
To the members of the faculty, we are truly grateful for the gift of
learnings and meaningful life experiences you have shared with our
graduates.
To our beloved parents, thank you for being our constant partners in
educating our pupils, your children. Your trust and confidence have been a
powerful thrust to give the quality education our youngsters deserve. In
gratitude, let us give our Dear Parents a resounding warm round of applause.
To our dear graduates, we salute you for you have survived the
challenges. We hope that your education coupled with commitment, passion,
and hard work will propel you to grater heights of success. Once again,
congratulations on your graduation and good luck on your future endeavor.
We would like to request everyone to please stand for the exit of
School Adminstrators, Guests and Officials. Thank you.
