EMPLOYEE INFORMATION
The employee details for Payroll Management System include the following modules: y y y y y y Employee Joining Information. Probation Confirmation details. Employee Profile. Employee Current position and job profile. Employee Local address and References details. Employee Qualification and experience details.
Employee profile includes the details regarding the name of the employee, address, phone no, mail-id, blood group, DOB, and the joining date of each employee with their qualification and work experience also maintained. It also includes the confirmation detail which specifies how many days an employee must undergo training in order to get the job permanency. The employees position in the present organization and their job details of the previously worked organization will be maintained in this module.
LEAVE MANAGEMENT:
The Leave Management Module manages employee leave data for payroll reporting. It allows for analysis such as the ability to project financial liabilities for unused accumulation of leave. Each employee will be permitted to take leave for specified amount of days determined by the organization. The number of leaves taken by the employee is encountered if the leave days exceed the specified count then certain amount is deducted from their wages. The reduction of wages is specified in terms of minutes, hours, and day.
TIME MANAGEMENT:
Time module is used to efficiently track and monitor employee overtime and vacation time. It handles all the time details for the Payroll Management System requirement such as y y y y Number of working hours/day, Over Time (OT), Wages of OT/minutes, hour, day, Shift of the employees
The number of working hours for an employee is determined by the organization. If an employee works for an Overtime (OT), then the wages for overtime is calculated in terms of hours/minutes which will be added to the salary of that month.

Final Settlement PF Chelan Tax Calculation The Final Settlement deals with the final amount to be settled to the employee when he/she retires from the job. It includes the allowances to the employee settlement made during to his/her work period. Provident Fund contains the amount of monthly deduction in the employee salary which will be added to the final settlement. Tax calculation includes the charging of necessary taxes based on the employee financial status.
Transfer Details Promotion Details Increment Details The Transfer Details include the employee transfer from one branch to another branch that belongs to the same organization. Promotion Details include the Promotion of employee based on his\her work performance in the organization. Increment Details include the increment to employee salary based on his/her work performance in the organization.
