Step 1:
Fill out the schedule found at the end of this document for a typical week in your life as best as
you can, trying not to leave out any activities you regularly do. If your schedule is very varied,
and you really have no typical week, listing the activities for any full week (such as last week) is
okay.
The schedule has 30-min intervals, but you can adjust it as you’d like. If you stay up past 11
p.m., add those hours, too.
If for some reason you can’t insert text onto the schedule template, create your own; as long
as I can see how you spend your time, that’s all that matters for this assignment.
Step 2
Either right before or right after the template (whichever you find more convenient), write
your answers to the following:
Were you surprised about anything? Did you spot areas of improvement? For example,
do you think you spend too much time on something, or do you have too many blocks of
time that you could be spending more productively? Or is your schedule so packed that
you’d like to carve out more time for yourself?
(These are just some possible questions to think about; feel free to write anything that
comes to mind.)

Content under Week 3 Tasks. Then, identify at least two points (or strategies) that
caught your eye. Explain why you chose those two points/strategies to highlight.
2. I think the two things I could incorporate into my life would be:
- having a low-energy task list to overcome mental blocks and get me more
productive when my mental health is flaring up. I think this will be extremely
helpful in battling my depression and it just fits in with my autistic little brain
- having daily goals that I can achieve whether I work or have class so that I feel like
I have a routine that is achievable no matter what the day will bring. Again I think
this will improve my mental health and will make life less overstimulsting.
