LEARNING TIPS
Peter and Kyejin here — thank you for joining us at ThaiPod101 — the fastest, easiest, and most fun way to learn
Thai. This Cheat Sheet is a brief overview of the learning strategies and tips we teach inside the ThaiPod101 Inner
Circle.
To do:
1. Complete your initial assessment test, if you haven’t already and your Premium
Premium PLUS PLUS teacher will follow up with you.
2. Start your Recommended Learning Pathway
All of these goals are small and measurable, allowing for a greater chance of success. Much easier than “learn Thai
someday.”

Easy approach for new learners:
Instead of trying to carve out a new routine — which is how many learners fail — start by “piggybacking” on top
of an existing routine. Find a routine where you can multi-task and learn Thai. For example, if you commute to
work or take a daily 15-minute walk, use that time to listen to ThaiPod101 lessons.
• If you fail a goal, aim for a lower goal the next time around.
• If you fail to stick with your routine…
• Reduce the study session duration (for ex. From 20 min to 10 min)
• Try piggybacking instead of creating a new routine
The point is to make the goals and routines easy enough for you to stick with and accomplish.
To your fluency,
Peter and Kyejin
