 Kinetic energy = ½ x mass x (velocity)2  Joules (J)
 Mechanical work done by a force = force x distance moved by the force in the direction of the  Joules (J)

 Average Orbital Speed = 2xπx orbital radius/ orbital period 
 1 light year = 9.5 x 1015 meters 
 1 Year = 3.16 x 107 seconds 
