Pradeep:

Please see my responses in red. Anything highlighted in yellow requires Andrii’s attention. Anything
highlighted in blue requires your attention.

Pradeep, please be mindful that the second word of a function will be in lower case, for example, ‘Sent
for signature.’

The document section has been revamped, i.e., all sub-functions / options depend on the status of the
document.

Here are the five statuses:

- To upload
- Uploaded
- To sign
- Sent for signature
- Completed

Options under each status:

- To upload
o CTA: Upload with two options – sign or no sign

- Uploaded
o Review
o Download
o Send email
o Version History
o Set signature field(s) (Andrii: update language, add field(s))

Note to self: For BGD uploaded documents, i.e., documents that are signed outside the system and then
uploaded, the status changes to “Completed.”
 Andrii: Need to show a directional arrow to the confirmation screen (already built).

- To sign
o Review
o Download
o Send email
o Version history
o Send for signature (Andrii: fix the grammatical error – change to  for)
o Mark as completed (Andrii: update the language)

Andrii: E-signature should be replaced with signature.

Andrii: Need to add Upload option – required for BGD. Question: Since there is a Reupload function for
Uploaded status, should the Upload function be a default function column for all documents??

- Sent for signature

o Review
o Download
o Send email
o Version History
o Reminder (Andrii: update language)
o Cancel signature request (Andrii: update language)

Pradeep: If one or multiple documents from one envelope is selected, please send a reminder for the
entire envelope.

- Completed
o Review
o Download
o Version history
o Unverified  separate toggle

NEED TO ADD OPTION for bulk documents.

- To upload
o N/A

- Uploaded
o Review
o Download
o Send email
o Set signature field(s)

- To sign
o Review
o Download
o Send email
o Send for signature
o Mark as completed

- Sent for signature

o Review
o Download
o Send email
o Reminder
o Cancel signature request

- Completed
o Review
o Download
- Documents over multiple status
o Review
o Download
o Send email
Note: Select the latest document.

Pradeep: When multiple documents are chosen for Review, allow the user to review them sequentially.

1) Under 3 dots- Download Option- Which document it will download? Previously we had 2 different
options to download documents (Signed & Unsigned). As per my understanding we can download the
unsigned document here and under version history we can download the signed documents.
- For the “Uploaded,” “To sign” and “Sent for signature” statuses, it will always be the unsigned
document.
- For “Completed” status, it will be the signed document. Unsigned document can be viewed and
downloaded from Version History.

2) Under 3 dots- Send Email- Which document needs to be shared on email? Signed or unsigned?
Previously we had both the options to send but right now we have only one send email options.
- For the “Uploaded,” “To sign” and “Sent for signature” statuses, it will always be the unsigned
document.
- For “Completed” status, it will be signed documents.

3) Under 3 dots- Send for signature- We don't have design to add the email where we need to send the
email to sign.
- The design will be identical to Send email – Recipient and Message.
- Andrii: Please add the design to Figma file

4) Under 3 dots- Review- It will open a preview in the browser to view and download the unsigned
documents in a new tab?
- Review will only allow for preview of the document, no download. There is a separate button for
downloading a document and via Version History.
- For the “Uploaded,” “To sign” and “Sent for signature” statuses, it will always be the unsigned
document.
- For the “Completed” status, it will be preview of the signed document.

5) Under 3 dots- Set signature field(s) - We have option to go to the next document, but we don't have
option for next page in the designs.
- The user should be able to scroll to the next page.

6) Under 3 dots- Cancel sending for signature & Remind to sign- What are the features needs to be
added here?
- These features are like ones in HelloSign. Once a document is sent for signature, the user can
cancel the request. If the signature request is cancelled, then the end user is automatically redirect
to a HelloSign’s default page.
- For Reminder, simply call the HelloSign reminder function – for the ENTIRE envelope.

7) Bottom Options after selecting the checkbox- What is the use of review button here?
- I am assuming you are referring to the purple bar at the bottom of document subsection. This bar
will appear when multiple documents are selected. See above for functionality for each status.

8) Bottom Options after selecting the checkbox- On download it will download the signed documents or
unsigned?
- See response for #7

9) Bottom Options after selecting the checkbox- No use of version history here. If user select 3
documents and click on the version history button what needs to be displayed because all the 3
documents can have different versions.
- Version History button needs to be removed.

10) Bottom Options after selecting the checkbox- How to set sign position for multiple documents
together as we don't have the option in the bottom menu for the same.
- See response for #7

11) Bottom Options after selecting the checkbox- No option to send multiple documents for E-Signature.
- See response for #7

12) Need to understand all the statuses which we have. When we need to display what status as few of
them are difficult to differentiate. E.g.- To Upload & To Sign? If the document is BGD then user can
either upload or sign so what's the difference.
- See the beginning of this document for various status and sub-functions.
- Upload function will be default for all status. Once a document is uploaded, then Upload will
change to reupload
- Even if a document is BLUE generated, under the new design a user has an option to upload a
document. So, if:
o a document is BLUE generated, then the status is “To sign.”
o However, if user replaces the BLUE generated document with a user uploaded document,
then the status will become “Uploaded.”
o Now, if a user changes an application that impacts the BLUE generated document, then it
follows the versioning rule and replaces the user uploaded document and the status flips
back to “To sign.”
