ANALYZE
Analyze the different elements of personal/physical classroom management and answer
the ff. Questions.

1. How does the voice of the teacher affect classroom management?

 The teacher's voice is important for classroom management. A calm and clear voice helps
students listen and follow instructions. Speaking confidently shows authority and keeps
the class focused. A harsh or loud voice can make students feel anxious and cause
disruptions. Using the voice well helps create a positive atmosphere and encourages good
behavior.
2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?
 The teacher's punctuality is key to discipline. Being on time sets a good example, keeps
students focused, and maintains order. If the teacher is late, students may become
distracted and less disciplined.

3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?

 Checking the physical aspects of the classroom is essential for creating a positive and
effective learning environment. Properly arranged seating, good lighting, and a clean
space help students focus and minimize distractions. An organized classroom makes it
easier for students to access materials, participate in activities, and stay engaged. A safe
environment also ensures students feel comfortable, which encourages better behavior
and cooperation. Overall, a well-maintained classroom supports better learning outcomes
and helps the teacher manage the class more effectively.

REFLECT
Reflect on the aspects of personal and classroom management.
1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher?Explain.
“ No amount of good instruction will come out without effective classroom
management”.
 As a future teacher, this statement means that no matter how well-planned or
insightful your lessons are, they won't be successful without effective classroom
management. Effective classroom management ensures that students are engaged,
feel safe, and are able to focus on the lesson, allowing instruction to be more
impactful.
2. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?
 To manage the classroom well, I will start by setting clear rules and routines. I’ll build
strong, positive relationships with students to create a supportive environment and use
engaging lessons to keep them interested. I’ll encourage good behavior by praising
students and calmly handle any disruptions before they become bigger problems. These
actions will help create a focused and respectful classroom.

ANALYZE
Analyze the checklist you have accomplished and answer the given questions:
1. How many strategies were employed by the Resource Teacher? Did these contribute to
better classroom management? Explain your answer.
 The Resource teacher employed 12 strategies according to my observation and I
think those contribute to have a better classroom management. The 12 strategies
used by the Resource teacher was become effective to the learners, as of these
strategies students follow the instructions clearly and properly.
2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should
have been used instead? Explain.
 As of my list, there 3 strategies that Resource Teacher did not use, these are:
refrain from punishing the entire class, Use non-verbal communication., Take
time to celebrate group effort. I don’t think so if its important but I know that we
can use this too to improve the classroom management but I think we minimize
using this especially the on verbal communication if we don’t have some
learners who had disabilities.

REFLECT
As a future teacher, reflect on the observations then answer the given question.
1. What classroom management strategies do I need to employ to respond to diverse
types of learners?
 To effectively respond to diverse types of learners, I will use several key
strategies. First, I will differentiate instruction by tailoring lessons to meet
various learning styles and abilities, providing different resources and activities
as needed. Flexible grouping will encourage collaboration among students,
allowing them to learn from one another in varied settings. Clear instructions
and expectations, supported by visual aids, will help ensure all students
understand the material. Incorporating technology will engage learners and offer
multiple ways to explore content. Creating a positive classroom environment
where every student feels valued is essential, along with providing regular
feedback and support tailored to individual progress. Lastly, I will use culturally
responsive teaching to connect lessons to students' backgrounds, making
learning more relevant and engaging. These strategies will foster an inclusive
atmosphere that supports the needs of all learners.
