SAP Managed Tags: HCM (Human Capital Management)

I want to create Integration between SAP HR and Third party System which will transfer
data from SAP PA & OM module to Third Party sofware.

The Requirement is ...... there is one TMP table in Third System which needs to be
update whene ever there is any creation,change or Deletion of the Employee details.

How can we do this.What would be the flow.If any one has creates code for this,than
please help me with the same.

hey Viru,

hope you are doing good.

Most of the SAP Landscapes speaks to ThirdParty systems may it be, Reed, Mercer,
Vestia,Metlife,Fidelity etc,

It depends on your datas dat need to be pushed to the ThirdParty system.

Watever the Table in TMP you can populate it thru the Interfaces from SAP.

First you need to know wat datas are required from your TMP table,

Then map it to SAP datas(fields) according to character lenght wise,

Then take a approach either PU12,WebMethods,SAP-XI using XML format or


anyother suggested by Tech team.

It was too vague to define a strategy in forums, but still our colleagues, Anand &
Basuvarma

gave a very good explanation upto the mark, which deserves a small appreciation
may not be forum points.

If i am correct, you need to use T Code PU12 - Interface Tool Box, for data mapping for
3rd party providers.

Hi Virendra,

This will require abap programming. An abap program should pick up the
creation/change/deletion of the infotype records using change date and start date
available in the infotypes. Based on this, a change only file has to be genarated and sent
over to the third party system. The third party may have to write a program at their end
to load the file in the TMP table.

The important infotypes to be considered in the abap program are:

1. Actions(IT0000): This has the action types, reasons, employment status,etc.

2. Org Assignment(IT0001): This has the company code, personnel area, position, org
unit, etc

3. Personal data(IT0002): This has the name, marital status,etc

4. Address(IT0006)

7. Planned working Time(IT0007)

8. Basic pay(IT0008)

9. Family/Dependent details(IT0021)

There might be more infotypes needed based on the fields in the TMP table.
