along the journey of completing my final project.
I am most grateful and highly indebted to my supervisor, Engr. Sogbesan A.A for his careless,
helpful, encouragement and comments on this work and also for all his efforts in making sure
that the department produces quality engineer that can effectively complete in the labor market
and give good image of the department in particular and the school in general.
I want to thank my amiable HOD, Late Engr. Waliu O Mufutau, all my lectures, the laboratory staff
and Administrative staff for providing a solid background for my studies and final project
thereafter. They have been a great source of inspiration to me and I thank them from the bottom
of my heart.
Besides, I would also like to thank my parent and families for the supports and understandings
that given to me throughout my 2 years study in D'S Adegbenro ICT polytechnic.
Finally, I would like to thank my friend who directly and indirectly supported me in completing
this project.

Dedication
This project is dedicated to God Almighty who kept me being among the living to witness to
partake in the project from the beginning to the end of its. Also this project is dedicated to my
humble and respected parents, whose help and support got me through the barriers of life.
1 also dedicate this to my ever loving supervisor, a man who humbled himself, bought me to his
own level and show us the way in succeeding in the project.

Certification

This is to certify that this project entitled "DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF PHOTO DETECTOR
HAND WASHING" was carried out by SONDE SAMUEL OLATUNBOSUN the bearer of the
matriculation number NEE-18-0014 of the department of Electricals/Electronics Engineering,
School of Engineering and Science, D'S Adegbenro ICT POLYTECHNIC ITORI-EWEKORO, OGUN
STATE, in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the award of national Diploma in
Electricals/Electronics Engineering.

Abstract
The development and implementation of a biometric library management system involves the
creation of a software application that utilizes biometric technology for user authentication and
resource management in a library setting. This system is designed to enhance security, streamline
operations, and improve user experience in libraries.

The development process includes designing the user interface, integrating biometric sensors for
capturing biometric data, creating algorithms for biometric matching, and developing database
management functionalities for storing and retrieving user information. The system also includes
features for managing library resources, tracking borrowing and returning of materials,
generating reports, and handling user accounts.
The implementation phase involves installing the hardware components, configuring the
software, training library staff on how to use the system, and conducting testing to ensure its
functionality and reliability. Once implemented, the system provides a secure and efficient way
for users to access library resources and services, while also improving the overall management
of library operations.

Abstract
Transistor amplifiers play a crucial role in electronic circuits, providing signal amplification for
various applications. To facilitate learning and understanding of transistor amplifier circuits, the
implementation of a demonstration circuit trainer can be highly beneficial. This abstract focuses
on the design and implementation of a transistor amplifier demonstration circuit trainer, aimed
at providing hands-on experience and practical knowledge in amplifier circuitry.

The demonstration circuit trainer is equipped with various transistor amplifier circuits, including
common emitter, common collector, and common base configurations. Each circuit is
accompanied by adjustable parameters such as biasing resistors, input signal amplitude, and
frequency, allowing users to experiment with different settings and observe the corresponding
output responses.

Through the transistor amplifier demonstration circuit trainer, students and electronics
enthusiasts can gain practical experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting amplifier
circuits. By actively engaging with the trainer, users can deepen their understanding of transistor
amplifier operation, performance characteristics, and circuit design considerations.

The implementation of a transistor amplifier demonstration circuit trainer provides a valuable

educational tool for individuals seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills in amplifier
circuitry. By offering hands-on experience and practical insights, the circuit trainer serves as an
effective platform for learning and experimentation in transistor amplifier technology.
