At the end of this lesson, the students are expected to:


1. Distinguish the difference between physical activity and physical fitness.
2. Know what are the benefits of physical activity and physical fitness in our body.
3. Tell what kind of the physical activity that they are doing every time they do some such
movements.
4. Learn and execute the different types of physical fitness test.
