Operations Research at Haramaya University, graduating with distinction in regular program. My Master's
thesis focused on modelling of Two Heterogeneous Servers Markovian Queue with Impatient Customers,
Synchronous Vacations and N-Policy on Slow Server achieved an excellent (A+) rank, which demonstrates my
deep understanding of mathematical concepts and ability to conduct rigorous research. Throughout my
academic journey, I have developed a deep understanding of the principles and theories within my field, as
well as a strong commitment to academic excellence.
In my previous teaching role at Komona Secondary school, I had the privilege of delivering lectures,
conducting practical sessions, and mentoring students. This experience allowed me to develop effective
teaching strategies and foster a positive learning environment. I am skilled in creating engaging lesson plans,
utilizing innovative teaching methodologies, and incorporating interactive technologies to enhance student
participation and comprehension. Beyond my technical expertise, I am highly dedicated to the holistic
development of students. I strive to instill critical thinking skills, promote independent learning, and
encourage a growth mindset in my students. I strongly believe in the importance of fostering a collaborative
