d) Stable cost
e) Unstable cost
Solution:

Sl. Particulars Cost Total

No
1 Transportation Cost Number of Days X Number Total
of KM (Per day average Transportation
310 KM) Cost= Rs 95,650

7X310 = 2170 KM
Per km is Rs. 45

45X2170= 95650
2 Accommodation Cost a. Accommodation in Total Cost of
Mysuru for 3 Nights Accommodation
X Cost per night per, =
Rs 37,800
per person X No. of
People

3x450 x 28=Rs. 37,800

Per room=Rs.3780/-
Rs. 44,800
b. Accommodation in
Coorg
2x 800 x 28= Rs 44,800

Per room=Rs.4,480

3 Driver Bata 800 X 7 days 5,600

Total Rs. 1,97,800/-

a) Total Cost of the Package Tour = Transportation Cost + Accommodation Cost +

Driver Bata + The Toll Tax and other fee + The entry charges = Rs. 1,97,800/-

b) Cost per person

= Total Cost of the Package Tour / Number of Tour Participants
= 1,97,800/28 = Rs. 7,064.28/-

c) Selling Price = Total Cost + (Total Cost x 6%)

= 1,97,800 + (1,97,800 X 6 / 100)
= 1,97,800 + 11,868 = Rs. 2, 09,668/-

Tax 5% 2,09,668+10,483.4=Rs. 2,20,151.4/-
