The Inter IIT Competitive Programming Conclave Pvt limited (IICPC) is a premier
platform designed to enhance competitive programming skills among top students
from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and beyond. At IICPC, we aim to
empower students through a variety of events, including immersive programming
contests, training sessions, and distinguished camps. Through a blend of practice,
peer collaboration, and competition, participants develop their coding skills and
gain practical experience in solving complex problems under time constraints.
IICPC fosters innovation, critical thinking, and teamwork, inspiring future leaders in
technology and engineering.

 CODEFEST ‘25
Welcome to CODEFEST '25, the highly anticipated annual event organized by the Inter
IIT Competitive Programming Conclave (IICPC)! A celebration of programming
excellence and problem-solving mastery, CODEFEST '25 is open to all competitive
programmers eager to challenge themselves and connect with a vibrant community of
peers and mentors. Join us in this thrilling competition and stand a chance to prove
your coding skills on a national level!

Event Structure
CODEFEST '25 is divided into three competitive stages:

Prelims
Format: Online
Date: 16th February 2025
Details: The Preliminary stage will be held online, open to all registered
participants across the country. This round is designed to test essential
programming skills and algorithmic thinking.
Selection Criteria: Out of all participants, the top 400 competitors will qualify
for the next stage – the Regionals.

Regionals
Format: In-Person at 8 IIT Campuses
Date: 9th March & 16th March 2025
Locations: 8 IITs across India (specific IITs to be announced)
Details: Qualified participants will compete in person at one of the designated IIT
campuses. Each campus will host 50 contestants, bringing together a diverse set of talented
coders.
Selection Criteria: From each of the regional locations, 50 competitors will advance,
totaling 400 participants. From this pool, the top 50 will be selected for the Final
 Finals
Format: In-Person
Date: April 2025
Venue: To be announced
Details: The 50 finalists will face off in a grand finale to determine the ultimate
CODEFEST '25 champions. Expect tougher problems, more intense competition,
and prizes for the winners!

Event Centers

Total Participants: Unlimited entries for the Prelims stage

Regional Participants: 400 (50 per Region)
Final Participants: 50 contestants
Travel Assistance: All selected regional participants will
receive a fixed travel allowance, covering part of their travel
expenses to the regional test venue.
Important Dates
Prelims: 16th February 2025 (online)
Regionals: 9th & 16thMarch 2025 (across 8 IITs)
Finals: April 2025 (Tentative)

Finalists: Special prizes and exclusive opportunities for the top 50 finalists along
with recruitment opportunities in HFTs
Champion Awards: Grand prizes for the top-ranking individuals in the Finals,
including certificates, awards, and other exciting rewards.

IICPC SUMMER CAMP 2024

The IICPC Summer Camp was a landmark event, open to

everyone and structured to reach competitive programmers across
India. With over 12,000 registrations from 80+ institutions
nationwide, the camp was an overwhelming success, significantly
advancing competitive programming awareness and skill-building
throughout the country.

With over 25 lectures split into

advanced and novice tracks,
the camp offered a robust
learning experience, guided by
20+ masters and
grandmasters in the field

In addition to the lectures, three

intense contests were held,
culminating in a thrilling final round
where the top 6 participants
received cash prizes, while others
earned certificates.

Sponsors’ logos can be included on certificates and prizes awarded to winners,

Participant Kits

All participants in regional and final rounds will receive participant kits co-
branded with logos from Title, Technical, and Associate Sponsors, ensuring
prolonged brand visibility even after the event.
Travel Stipend Mention:
Sponsors’ names are associated with the travel stipend that
participants receive for attending regional and final venues,
reinforcing their support for aspiring programmers and creating a
lasting connection with the event.

Branding on Social Media

Sponsors can be highlighted in social media posts, event teasers, and

updates, reaching a wider audience before, during, and after the event.
This includes mentions in event hashtags, posts, and shares by the event's
official accounts.

Customized Events:
Sponsors can host or be associated with specific events, workshops, or
sessions that are tailored to their brand, providing direct engagement with
attendees while associating the sponsor with relevant content
Media Branding

Sponsors can be featured in press releases, news articles, and event

broadcasts, increasing their exposure in traditional and digital media

Merchandise Branding

Sponsors can have their logos

featured on event merchandise such
as T-shirts, bags, water bottles, and

attendees use or wear the items post-
event.

Sponsors can deliver pre-recorded or live messages during the event,
either as part of a session or as standalone announcements, further

Sponsors’ logos and messages can be included in event emails sent to

attendees before, during, and after the event, ensuring they are constantly

Sponsors can have their logos and ads integrated into the event’s official

schedule, and speaker sections.

Logo Integration

Sponsors’ logos can be incorporated into various event materials, including
