Introduction: This course provides an introduction to quantitative analysis tools most commonly used in
project management to assist project managers optimize strategic planning and decision making. It
focuses on Introduction to Quantitative Analysis, LP model, Decision Analysis, Transportation and
Assignment models, Networking Models and Game Theory.
Objective: The objective of the course is to provide the concepts and skills to apply the quantitative tools
and techniques in decision-making.
Methodology: Implying various teaching methods such as facilitate the course content, group discussion,
