Introduction

M&C Tech Repair, Learning Center, and Content Creation Café is a forward-
thinking business that blends essential tech services with creative and
educational spaces. This unique concept caters to a wide range of needs,
from tech repairs and installations to offering a productive environment for
students and content creators.

At the core of M&C Tech Repair, we offer expert repair services for
smartphones, laptops, tablets, and various other gadgets. Our skilled tech
team is well-equipped to handle hardware repairs, system troubleshooting,
and the installation of essential programs. We also specialize in providing
installations for software necessary for programming, coding, and other tech-
based development, ensuring your devices are optimized for work and
creativity.

Our Learning Center provides a focused environment for students,

particularly those in IT and tech-related fields. It is designed to offer a quiet,
distraction-free space that promotes concentration and productivity. The
center is fully equipped with computers pre-installed with a range of
software used in software development, graphic design (such as Photoshop),
coding, and more. It’s an ideal space for students who need access to
powerful resources for their coursework, projects, and research.

To realize these objectives, M&C Tech Repair, Learning Center, and Content
Creation Café prioritizes the implementation of a Local Area Network (LAN).
Informed by the indispensable role of LANs in enhancing connectivity and
collaborative learning, the LAN facilitates real-time collaboration, centralizes
educational resources, supports interactive learning platforms, and ensures
efficient file sharing. This integral component enriches the overall
educational experience, making our Learning Center a hub of interconnected
and collaborative learning for students and professionals alike.

The Content Creation Café is where creativity meets technology. This

modern café doubles as a creative studio designed for content creators. It
offers a comfortable and inspiring environment for producing digital content
such as videos, podcasts, vlogs, and more. The café features computers
equipped with professional software like Photoshop, video editing tools, and
other essential programs to help creators bring their visions to life. It's not
just a café—it's a creative hub where creators can enjoy great coffee while
working on their next big project.

1st Floor
Welcome to our dynamic space! The top right room is dedicated to M&C
Tech Repair, where our skilled technicians work on maintaining and repairing
equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly. The top left room features
four individual workshops used for content creation, providing a creative and
collaborative environment. At the bottom, we have our Content Creation
Cafe, a cozy spot where ideas are brewed, and content is created in a
relaxed, cafe-like atmosphere. Additionally, there are two bathrooms located
on the sides.

2nd Floor
Welcome to the second floor of our building, designed to provide an
engaging learning space for students. The floor features a cozy lounge area
with sofas, armchairs, round tables, and small side tables, perfect for
relaxation and informal discussions. Near the center-top, there's a
designated area with a desk and chair for visitors to check in and check-out.
To the right of this area, you'll find a large oval-shaped table and a long sofa
with cushions, creating a comfortable space for group activities. Adjacent to
the lounge, there are several tables with chairs, arranged to facilitate group
study and collaborative workspaces. The bottom section features two rows of
desks with computers and chairs, providing individual study and computer
workstations.
