Abstract: The abstract is a brief summary of your paper, typically 150-250 words
long. It should include the following elements

Headings:
Headings are used to organize the sections of your paper. APA format allows for
up to five levels of headings. Here's an overview of the different levels:
Level 1: Centered, boldface, title case (capitalize first letter of each major word).
Level 3: Indented, boldface, sentence case (capitalize only the first word and any
proper nouns).
Each level of heading should be used in order (i.e., you shouldn't skip from Level
1 to Level 3). Headings should be used consistently throughout your paper to
help readers navigate your content.
In-text citations:
In-text citations are used to give credit to the sources you used in your paper.
The basic format for an in-text citation is (Author, Year). Here are a few
examples:
If you are citing a source with no author, you should use the first few words of
the title (in quotation marks) instead. For example: ("Study finds," 2018).
Reference List:
The reference list is a list of all the sources you used in your paper. It should be
on a separate page, immediately following the main text of your paper. Here's
how to format a reference:
Author's name: Last name first, followed by first and middle initials.
Publication date: In parentheses, followed by a period.
Title of work: In italics, followed
