Title Page: The title page is the first page of your paper and should include the

following elements:

Running head: A short version of your paper's title (50 characters or less),
written in all capital letters. It should be left-aligned and appear at the top of
every page, including the title page.

Page number: A page number should appear in the upper right-hand corner of
the title page.

Title: The title should be centered in the upper half of the page, in bold font and
title case (capitalizing the first letter of each major word).

Abstract: The abstract is a brief summary of your paper, typically 150-250 words
long. It should include the following elements

Purpose: A brief statement describing the purpose or objective of the research.

Methods: A brief description of the methods used to conduct the research.

Results: A summary of the results of the research.

Conclusions: A statement of the conclusions drawn from the research.

The abstract should be on a separate page, immediately following the title page.
It should be double-spaced and written in block format, with no indentation.

Headings:
Headings are used to organize the sections of your paper. APA format allows for
up to five levels of headings. Here's an overview of the different levels:

Level 1: Centered, boldface, title case (capitalize first letter of each major word).

Level 2: Left-aligned, boldface, title case.

Level 3: Indented, boldface, sentence case (capitalize only the first word and any
proper nouns).

Level 4: Indented, boldface, italicized, sentence case.

Level 5: Indented, italicized, sentence case.

Each level of heading should be used in order (i.e., you shouldn't skip from Level
1 to Level 3). Headings should be used consistently throughout your paper to
help readers navigate your content.

In-text citations:
In-text citations are used to give credit to the sources you used in your paper.
The basic format for an in-text citation is (Author, Year). Here are a few
examples:

One author: (Smith, 2010)

Two authors: (Smith & Johnson, 2012)
Three or more authors: (Smith et al., 2015)
Direct quotations: If you are quoting directly from a source, you should include
the page number as well. For example, (Smith, 2010, p. 25).
If you are citing multiple sources in the same sentence, you should list them in
alphabetical order by the first author's last name, separated by semicolons. For
example: (Smith, 2010; Johnson, 2012).

If you are citing a source with no author, you should use the first few words of
the title (in quotation marks) instead. For example: ("Study finds," 2018).

Reference List:
The reference list is a list of all the sources you used in your paper. It should be
on a separate page, immediately following the main text of your paper. Here's
how to format a reference:
Author's name: Last name first, followed by first and middle initials.
Publication date: In parentheses, followed by a period.
Title of work: In italics, followed
