I am writing to formally tender my resignation from my role as production operator at Ankor Technology
philippines, effective today (october 4, 2004). lon resigning due to job dissatisfaction and/or unfit
company culture. and ing salary has been significantly lower there's no increase after saluation. After
careful consideration and reflection. Ihone came to the conclusions that it is best for me to move on and
find d work environment that better aligns with my personal values and career goals. I have been a
privelege to to serve in this compange the past years. The experiences and insights I have garnered
doring my senure have been invawable. I deeply appreciate the opportunities for growin and the
collaborative environment that I had the pleasure of being part of. This experiences will undoobedig
influence ing future endevours, and wil always regarding time of Ankor torhnology thi) (me) as a
significant chapter in my professional journey. However, I believe that it if in my best interest & seek
employment elsewhere. Thank you once again for your guidance and support throughout my tenure. I
