Learn elementary probability theory, estimate random variables and discrete
probability distributions, calculate simple linear regression and correlation, learn
basic sample distributions and data descriptions, and learn hypothesis testing.

Learning and Teaching Strategies

Formation of groups of students (four students per project) to present an analysis


project for certain data. The calculations of the project are made with the progress of
