Student Run Workshops:

Snap on chip:
How many of you know about “image editing” and “verilog”?
All of you might have used the editing tools for photos on your mobile as
brightness, contrast, saturation and background blur etc…what if we tell you that you can implement
all of these on an FPGA(chip)…sounds awesome right..!!
In this workshop you will get to know how to implement image editing(i.e,image processing) using
verilog in a software named vivado.
Pro-Companion:
Imagine having a robot that can understand your emotions and interact with you like a friend!
Sounds fascinating, doesn’t it?
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create a smart robot that can detect human expressions,
display them and even make matching sounds. It’s an exciting way to explore robotics and create
something truly interactive and fun!
Digicloset:
Just like how Lenskart lets you try on glasses online, imagine creating an app where users can
upload their photos and try on different outfits virtually!
In this workshop, you’ll learn to build such an app from scratch. We’ll guide you through using React
for the front-end, Flask for the back-end, and AI to generate outfit images. It’s the perfect
opportunity for beginners and anyone excited about web development and AI.

Company Run Workshops:

MSPM0 interfacing and applications:
Have you ever wondered how microcontrollers are programmed and used..?
How many of you are familiar with the company “Texas Instruments”? Most of you may have heard
of it because it’s a well-known and reputable company.
In this workshop sponsored by Texas instruments, you will learn all the basics about a
microcontroller named MSPM0 and you will have hands-on implementation with some applications
based on the same MSPM0.
As this will be taught by industry level experts, you will gain great insights from them as well.
SOC: post SI bring up,power and performance optimization:
Have you ever wondered how smartphones are powerful yet don’t drain battery quickly? U all might
have heard about “Qualcomm“, a leader in mobile tech, makes this happen. In this workshop, you’ll
learn how Qualcomm tests and optimizes chips for peak performance and energy efficiency from
their leaders. Discover how Snapdragon processors are fine-tuned to deliver both power and
battery savings!
System Verilog for Semiconductor Design and Verification Methodologies:
Step into the world of cutting-edge chip design with Synopsys!
In this 2-day workshop, you’ll learn SystemVerilog, the language behind hardware design, and UVM,
the gold standard for testing and verification. These in-demand skills are essential for a career in
VLSI and chip design.

Led by Synopsys experts, this workshop offers hands-on experience with the tools professionals
use every day. Don’t miss this chance to learn from the best!
