meanings.
Our topic for this morning is all about HOMONYMS
But before that let us read first our Learning objectives.
Objectives:

By this time, I’ll divide the class into Three groups! So
count of 1 to 3 and go to your groups!

Homonyms are words that have the same
sound but have different spellings and
different meanings.
Sometimes, there are words that have the
same spellings but have different
meanings.
To tell homonyms apart you need to know
what each one means. Look at the example
below:
Sent – past form of send
Scent – smell, fragrance
Cent – money, usually in coin
Example of sentence:
Sent – We sent a bouquet of roses to our
teacher on her birthday.
Scent – I love this scent of roses in bloom.
Cent – We did not pay a single cent for

SUM – means the answer in addition
