Title L2 Spring-mass oscillator

Aim :- Suspend a light pan from the lower end

of the spring suspended vertically from a rigid
support.Set the system consisting of suitable
mass in the pan into oscillation and determine
the time taken to complete a suitable number
of oscillations. Vary the mass in the pan and
find time of oscillations for five different
values of mass M. Find periodic time for each
mass assumingwhole mass (m + M) of the
system concentrated at a single point. (Mass
of spring is m )Plot the graph of T2 again st M.
Hence find the mass of the spring.
