Inaugurated in the year 2016 at Faridabad (Haryana, India), we,
“LAKSHITA STRUCTURAL SOLUTIONS”, are engaged in
manufacturing and supplying a comprehensive assortment of PEB
Structure, Conventional shad, factory shed, Heavy fabrication, light
fabrication. We are happy to informed you in Jan 2020 we have
upgrade our company to Private Ltd. Now it is ‘’LAKSHITA
STRUCTURAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD’’

entire product range defect free, we ensure that all the products are
precisely manufactured using optimum quality raw material that is
procured from the most reliable vendors of the industry.

➢ We have good plant and machinery which can produce 500 MT per
month. Also very experience production team which can handle any
complex projects.
➢ We have in house design team. Due to this we can customize our
buildings as per client need. A design is soul of any building or
equipment. If you can control design you can control overall project. We
are using latest design software MBS (Metal building software) Staad
Pro, Tekla, Autocad. Which will give us freedom to work on American
and Indian Standard both.

2.1 Project Head
To monitor overall project activity and take effectively decision of timely
completion of project
2.2 Project Incharge
Plan and schedule material , equipment , manpower to perform the work co-
ordinate all installation , delivery & safety perform risk assessment. Ensure all
necessary checks , Inspections and work is carried out in systematic way
3. Project / Task: Erection of Column
➢ Job Step
➢ Fixing siling to column / fixing sling to crane hook.
➢ Lifting the members & shifting to its location
➢ Place the column over anchor bolt & fixing of nuts on anchor bolt
➢ Fixing the temporary stay ropes
➢ Assembly of rafter at ground.
➢ Fixing slings & stay wires to rafter beam.
➢ Fixing sling to crane hook.
➢ Lifting the member to it‘s position & Fixing nut bolts between rafter
beams & columns after reaching the member to erection point.
➢ Fixing of supporting structure member & removal of sling from crane
hook.
➢ Climbing on respective roof beams by using boom lift or rope ladders.
➢ Lifting the purlins to roof beam level manually or by crane (whenever
required)
➢ Fixing nut bolts of purlin with rafters.
➢ Lifting sag angles, bracing and fixing the position.
4. Roof Sheet Installation
➢ Fixing of rake angle.
➢ Shifting of roof sheet on roof purlins with the help of rope.
➢ Fixing of rope from top to ground at end wall on one side of ridge.
➢ Screw fixing of liner sheet on purlins giving required lapping with screw
machine.
➢ Shifting of sub girts and wire mesh fixing as per drawing
5. Wall Sheeting Installation
➢ Screw fixing of drip trim at bottom girts
➢ Screw fixing of liner sheet on girt giving required lapping as per drawing
with screw machine using boom lift /scaffolding/lift/sizer
➢ Screw fixing of sub girt and insulation with wire mesh as per drawing.
➢ Screw fixing of outer sheet at giving required lapping as per drawing with
screw
➢ Machine using required boom lift /scaffolding/lift /sizer.
Safety requirements to be followed:-
1. Personal protective equipment: Safety shoes and safety helmet are
mandatory to enter the site .
2. Life line and personal safety belt to be used for working on heights.
3. All lifting equipments to have valid registration, insurance certificate.
4. All drivers/operators to have suitable experience and valid license
papers.
5. Availability if 1st Aid Box on site with required medicines.
General Rules and regulations:-
1. All employees must know and observe all safety rules applicable to their
work.
2. All injuries must be reported to the work supervisor. Work supervisor will
report the accident to the safety officer of the client.
3. Employees to wear tight fitting clothing.
4. Must wear safety shoes and helmet to enter work site premises.
5. All safety equipment to be used in the premises must be of approved
type.
6. All pressure vessels i.e. Oxygenic acetylene cylinders must be tied off to
permanent structure keeping in vertical position.
7. Any ladder exceeding a height of 8 feet must be tied off at the top.
Ladders Safety:
1. Ladder shall be inspected prior to use. Defective ladders shall be
removed from service.
2. Ladders used near energized lines.
3. Ladders shall be placed on solid footing.
4. Employees shall not carry tools, materials ,or object while climbing
ladders.
5. Employees working from ladders shall wear and utilize proper fall
protection equipment.
Scaffolds Safety:
1. Scaffolds shall be erected, on sound foundation. Loose bricks , unstable
stakes shall not be used to level or support scaffolds.
2. Scaffolds materials shall be free of any defect.
Crane Safety:
1. To minimize the risk of accidents when using cranes and lifting
equipment, great care must be taken.
2. To ensure that loads imposed by the crane can be supported by the
ground. By checking the static position and when travelling under load.
