DIY Heart Craft

Spread the love with these beautiful hearts! In this DIY craft you will assemble paper hearts using a series
of easy folds outlined below. All you need is paper cut into squares of any size and a glue stick. Hang
these in your windows or anywhere in your home to spread the love. These make excellent gifts too!

Step 1: Fold your paper diagonally so that the opposite corners meet. Repeat with the other two corners
so that an X has formed on your paper.

Step 2: Rotate your paper so it looks like a diamond. Fold in the left ‘wing’ to the centre mark of the X.
Repeat for the right ‘wing’. Your paper should now look like #2.

Step 3: Place your finger on the bottom point along the centre crease. Fold your left side in to make a
sharp point at the bottom and align along the centre crease. Repeat for your right side. Your paper should
now look like #3.

Step 4: Fold over the top tip of the paper as seen in #4.

Step 5: Repeat steps 1-4 for the second side of your heart.

Step 6: You now have two papers folded to look like #4. Face the folded side down. Now slightly overlap
the two papers to make a heart shape. Using a glue stick (or piece of tape) secure the two papers
together. You have made a beautiful heart craft!
