Procedures For Standard Work
In the Control Phase of the SuperNova School Project, creating and adhering to Standard
Work Procedures (SWP) is critical for ensuring consistent performance, minimizing variability,
and sustaining the improvements achieved during the previous phases of the Six Sigma project.
Standard Work ensures that all tasks and processes are executed in a uniform and efficient
manner, helping maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational performance.
Below are the Standard Work Procedures (SWPs) designed for various key processes of the
SuperNova School Project.
